Thank you for shopping with Nutrireshield. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will reach you.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 13 business days, depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur because of carrier issues, severe weather, or high seasonal volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

All orders ship with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the email for tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you made a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@nutrireshield.com. We will try to correct it, but we cannot change an address once the order has shipped.

Changes and Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been processed for shipping.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for several days, or if your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at info@nutrireshield.com. Include your order number and, for damaged items, a photo of the package and the product. We will work with you to make it right.
