Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or refund.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after delivery to contact us and request a return or refund. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Refund

Email us at info@nutrireshield.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will reply with the next steps within 1 to 2 business days. Please do not send any item back before we have contacted you, as items returned without a prior request cannot be accepted.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not the one you ordered, contact us right away at info@nutrireshield.com with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel an order before it has shipped.
